  1. Share links look like the board

    • ImprovedA share link now shows the board exactly as it looks in the app, with the same cards, stacks, and templates.
    • FixedImages inside stacks stay visible when you zoom far out.
    • FixedImages you have not annotated no longer show a "Describe this" prompt.

  2. AI documents switched off, a stronger agent

    • ImprovedAI-written briefs, treatments, and other documents are switched off until they meet our bar. Documents already on your boards stay readable, editable, and in the Production Book. Templates are the way to build paperwork meanwhile.
    • ImprovedThe AI agent's in-depth answers run on a newer, stronger model.
    • FixedLong agent answers no longer stop partway through.
    • FixedIf an agent reply is interrupted, the chat says so instead of ending quietly.
    • ImprovedShot card thumbnails in tables load faster.
    • ImprovedSecurity updates across the app.

  3. Faster big boards

    • ImprovedStacks draw a simpler view when you zoom far out, so large boards stay smooth.

  4. Reordering that works

    • FixedDragging rows, columns, and shoot days to reorder them in tables now drops where you let go.
    • FixedAudio plays from inside a stack.
    • FixedA Production Timeline row with a phase you typed yourself no longer disappears. It gets its own lane.

  5. The call sheet is one card

    • NewThe call sheet is now a single card laid out like the classic one-sheet. Click any value to edit it, add schedule, cast, and crew rows in place, and pick from lists where a field has set options.
    • NewSeveral people can edit different parts of the call sheet at once without overwriting each other.
    • FixedWhen two people edit the same text, it no longer duplicates or blanks out.
    • FixedText someone else changes while you have a card open now shows up in it.
    • FixedImages in Present mode and the stack viewer load reliably.
    • FixedDashboard previews fill in for boards that showed as empty.
    • FixedCall sheet text is easier to read in light mode.

  6. Sign-in emails

    • FixedPassword reset links work again.
    • ImprovedSign-in and reset emails now come from Shotwright and look like it.

  7. Email sign-in links

    • FixedEmail sign-in links sign you in instead of returning you to the sign-in page.
