Add a blank table from the toolkit, then name the columns and fill the cells. Drag rows and columns to reorder them. Cells offer suggestions as you type for common production fields like roles and departments.

For a shot list, call sheet, or schedule, start from a template instead. Templates come laid out the way crews already read them.
