Shotwright

What the agent does

It reads your board, scouts references on the web, fills templates, and builds out sections of the board. You approve everything first.

If you have access, open the agent from Ask AI in the toolkit. You can ask it to:

  • Scout references. It searches the web, shows its progress, and cites every source.
  • Fill a template from what is already on the board.
  • Build out the board: research columns, links, checklists, palettes, and reference clips.
  • Write or tighten copy for anything on the board.

Nothing lands without you

Every proposal shows as a card that says what it will add and why. Add it near your view, or choose Place on board to pick the spot. For scouting, you can also keep the answer in chat and add nothing.

After a run you get a receipt of what was added, a link to show it on the canvas, and a Clear button to remove the whole batch. Before the agent changes your board, Shotwright saves a board version you can restore.

Questions and mentions

If a request is unclear, the agent asks a multiple-choice question instead of guessing. Tap an answer, press its number, or skip it. Type @ in the chat to point it at a specific card.
