A one-sheet call sheet in a single card: crew call, location, hospital, weather, schedule, cast, and crew.
The call sheet is one card laid out like the classic one-sheet: the production masthead, the general crew call up front, the location with the nearest hospital in red, weather and sun times, then the schedule, cast, crew, and notes.
