Schedule, timeline, and Day Out of Days
The three scheduling templates: shoot days, the production calendar, and the cast-by-day matrix.
Schedule
Each shoot day is its own object with time rows, scene strips, and a lunch band. Drag days to reorder the shoot. Strips take their color once you set INT/EXT and day or night.
Production Timeline
Prep, the shoot block, and post on lanes, with milestones as diamonds. Set real dates in Sheet view and the lanes redraw.
Day Out of Days
One row per cast member, one column per shoot day. Pick a status for each cell and the color follows, so who works, holds, or travels reads at a glance. Add day columns as the shoot grows.
